The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart – Thursday 18 May

Eastern Angles return to the Roe Hill Hall in Hatfield with another magical evening of theatre. Part live gig, part folk tale, part barn-storming comedy, The Strange Undoing of Prudencia Hart transports you to a lively Scottish pub and sets your toes tapping and your heart racing!

This beautiful and darkly comic tale of an uptight academic who has a dream-like adventure of self discovery is told by a series of mischievous story-tellers – sometimes in riotous rhyming verse, sometimes singing beguiling Border Ballads.

Originally produced by the National Theatre of Scotland and written by David Greig, this devilish and vibrant folky fable promises to thrill and haunt in equal measure.  Check out the trailer here.
